Woman Selling Drugs since she was 25 arrested for the offence 10th time

Since the age of 25, Rajrani Topli has sold drugs. Being 88 today she was arrested on Wednesday in West Delhi for the crime when police raided drug dens. So far, this is her 10th arrest. Police said Topli was discovered to have been producing 16 grams of heroin for sale. They said that she is now being helped by two young people making her walk and cope with drugs. She also had 7 kids entering drug trafficking.
