Was tied to a bed and beaten up: Arunanchal resident recounts torture by PLA after abduction

Togley Singkam, a 21-year-old resident of the Upper Subansiri district of Arunachal Pradesh recounted his experience after getting abducted by the PLA. Singkam who works as a porter and helps the army in transporting essentials was abducted on March 19. He was forced to bend on knees, his hands tied to his neck and eyes blindfolded. "I was then tied to a bed and beaten up," Singkam told after his release on April 7.
