US astronaut lost mirror during spacewalk

Chris Cassidy, a US astronaut has lost the mirror that is attached to the spacesuit, during a spacewalk at the International Space Station, last week. Cassidy completed the scheduled spacewalk of 6 hours, to change the ageing batteries of the space station. Cassidy arrived at the International space station in April. The astronaut is not happy about the broken mirror and called it “a real bummer”.
