UK to bring in 14-day quarantine for air passengers

UK government is set to bring in a 14-day quarantine for those arriving in UK via flight from any country except Ireland due to the pandemic. The new restriction is expected to start at the end of this month. The policy as per a credible exit plan will be reviewed weekly. People arriving in UK would have to be in self-isolation at a private residence. It is not yet clear how long the new travel restriction will stay.
