US President Donald Trump thinks quarantining New York won’t be necessary, backing the state's governor’s claim that doing so is preposterous. Trump’s latest decision comes on the recommendation of White House Coronavirus Task Force despite earlier saying he may impose quarantine on New York, parts of New Jersey and Connecticut, to contain the spread of Covid-19. There are more than 52,000 cases in New York so far.
