South Korea witnessed 105 new cases of the coronavirus on Sunday. It raised the country’s total count to 9,538 while the fatalities increased to 152. However, the outbreak in South Korea is slowing down now after it had recorded hundreds of new infections each day and even became the second hardest-hit country in the world a few weeks ago while Seoul metropolitan area and Gyeonggi province are the worst affected areas.
