Valentine's day, 2020 is here. In order to make it green and environment-friendly, Bihar’s Dept of Environment, Forest & Climate Change has launched Pyar ka paudha initiative. This encourages people to gift plants to their loved ones instead of roses. Plants grow but roses wither off quickly. Care has been taken to provide plants which can grow flowers and fruits. Growing plants convey a message of growing relationships.
