'Previously declared dead' witness to appear in court for Agusta case

A key witness in the AgustaWestland case was previously declared dead by the Enforcement Directorate. However, the witness KK Khosla will appear before the court with the papers that he has in his possession to prove the bribery amount and the name of the people associated with it. MP Chief Minister, Kamal Nath's nephew, is one of the prime suspects in the case. ED has also corrected its mistake of declaring KK Khosla dead.
