Shocking! The supreme court was told that 150,332 child rape cases were pending across the country. The disposal rate is a mere 9% in the country. The victims are waiting for a child-friendly justice delivery system. The POCSO was enacted 7 years back but it is yet to see a data management system to diligently crunch and segregate data. They are now developing a blueprint of a data management system to streamline data.
