A new species of green pit vipers have been discovered by a team of researchers from India in Arunachal Pradesh. The team of researchers seemed to be Harry Potter fans that's why they chose to name the new species of snakes after Salazar Slytherin, one of the founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Salazar Slytherin had the ability to talk to the snakes and the symbol of his Hogwarts House was a serpent.
