The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has initiated a high-level investigation into the tragic death of a 45-year-old woman who fell into a drain during heavy rainfall. The incident, which took place in suburban Andheri, claimed the life of Vimal Anil Gaikwad. The BMC has assembled a three-member panel led by Deputy Commissioner Devidas Kshirsagar to conduct this inquiry and expects a report within three days.
