The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested Dr. Sandeep Ghosh, the former principal of RG Kar College and Hospital, and Abhijit Mandal, the officer-in-charge of Tala Police Station. The arrests were made in connection with alleged delays in filing an FIR and missing evidence related to the rape and murder of a 31-year-old trainee doctor at the hospital in Kolkata.
