Japan's Sakurajima volcano erupted on Sunday, spewed black ashes and rocks and sent black smoke billowing high into the air. The dangerous volcanic activity prompted people to evacuate the region while warning that pyroclastic flows could occur within a 2 km radius of two craters. There was no direct information of injury or losses. A video of the volcano showed orange flames flashing near the crater.
