Japan faces backlash over new social behavior guidelines

Japan imposed state of emergency on April 7 and extended lockdown till May 31. The authorities have now issued new social behaviour guidelines for the residents. The 'new norms' include wearing face mask outdoors, a minimum of 6.5 ft distance from other people, teleworking or working from home mostly, avoiding crowded spaces and washing hands frequently. However, the new guidelines have faced a lot of online flak.
