Social media platform Instagram has declined to remove an image representing 2 obese Black women posing with the severed heads of white people. It claimed that the image doesn't violate any guidelines and added that people may express differently as Instagram is a global community. The image was created by an artist 'sugary garbage' and shared it to a page called 'supportblacckart'. The pic has garnered strong reactions.
