Indian cities are among world's most unlivable: Mercer Survey 2019

Global consulting firm Mercer has performed a survey to find out the quality of living in the global cities, depending on few factors including crime level, law enforcement, freedom of the press and a few other parameters. Indian cities New Delhi (162), Mumbai (154), Kolkata (160), Chennai (151), Bengaluru (149) are placed near the bottom of the list ranking on livability. Karachi has been ranked as the most unsafe city.
