Sanjoy Roy, the accused in the rape and murder of a junior doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata, broke down before a judge, claiming he was incocent. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had presented Roy before the court on Friday, seeking permission for a polygraph test, as it can only be conducted with the court's and suspect's consent.
