IIT Mumbai student lost Rs 27,000 after complaining about Bad pizza

A 25-year old IIT Mumbai student has allegedly lost Rs 27,000 in a Unified Payments Interface fraud. She received bad pizza and after that, she made contact with the customer care of an online food platform when the hacking took place. The customer care executive asked for her account details to make a refund when she complained about the food. After that, she received messages about Rs 27,000 transactions.
