Chief of Defence Staff Gen Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika and 11 others were killed in the military chopper crash near Coonoor, Tamil Nadu on Wednesday. Taking to Twitter, the Indian Air Force confirmed the deaths of 13 people including the CDS. Further, IAF said, “Gp Capt Varun Singh SC, Directing Staff at DSSC with injuries is currently under treatment at Military Hospital, Wellington.”
