Gujarat man claims he is incarnation of Lord Vishnu, warns of severe drought over officials withholding his gratuity

A former Gujarat government employee identified as Rameshchandra Fefar has made a bizarre claim. Fefar claims he is the 'Kalki' avatar or the last incarnation of Lord Vishnu. He has warned of a severe drought if his gratuity is not released. Ferar wrote to Secretary, Water Resources Department in which he said, "demons sitting in the government" are harassing him by withholding his "Rs.16 lakh gratuity and Rs.16 lakh in salary.
