Former employee alleged Apple for spying on his personal messages

A former employee has been sued by the company for breaching the contract and poaching other employees to join his startup. Gerard Williams III the former employee, however, alleged that Apple was spying on his personal messages to obtain the evidence. Williams used to be one of Apple's top architect of mobile chips. He then started his startup Nuvia in February that manufactures chip for data centers.
