An Indian-origin doctor Dr Vishwaraj Vemala, who is a consultant hepatologist (liver doctor) miraculously saved the life of a passenger who almost died twice during a ten-hour flight. He works at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. The incident happened when he was flying from the UK to India to take his mother back to their home town Bangalore.
