Dozens killed in warehouse fire in South Korea

At least 25 people died in a fire at an under-construction warehouse in the South Korean city of Icheon, 80km south-east of the capital, Seoul. The deadly blaze engulfed the warehouse after an explosion of flammable material used in the installation of insulation in a basement, South Korean media reports claim. All the victims are believed to be construction workers. Some reports have put the death toll higher.
