Court summons Nirav Modi's siblings under new fugitive act

On Saturday, a special fugitive economic offenders act court in Mumbai has summoned the brother and sister of escapee Nirav Modi, accused of a 2 billion bank fraud case, to appear in court on September 25. The Mumbai court has issued three public notices in leading dailies naming Nirav Modi's brother Neeshal Modi and sister Purvi Modi and they have been named as “enumerated and interested person” under the new act.
