China allows limited movement in Wuhan

China’s Wuhan, where the coronavirus outbreak started, is now allowing limited movement within and outside as its lockdown slowly eases. The residents whose health is now tagged as “green” on database will be given permission to leave their residential neighborhoods if they can prove they are returning to work. Public transportation is also being revived, while checkpoints between districts are being dismantled.
