The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decreed that all schools serving as examination centers for the 2025 Class 10 and 12 board exams must install Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems. This move is designed to bolster monitoring and ensure fair, transparent conduct during the exams, thereby preventing any dishonest practices. Approximately 44 lakh students from India and 26 other countries are expected to take these exams at around 8,000 designated school centers.
