CAM4’s data leak exposed millions of private chats and emails

CAM4 is a popular adult live-streaming service and it has exposed millions of identifiable personal information including emails, chats, payment logs and IP addresses. A team of security researchers have found 11 million email IDs, more than 26 million password hashes along with a username and sexual preferences. The team found the availability of fraud detection systems that enabled hackers to use the ideal verification tool.
