ATM of a bank in Pune got hacked, Rs 94 crore transferred to overseas

A Pune based bank was hit by a cyber attack. Cosmos bank suffered the loss of Rs 94 crore when the server of cooperative bank hacked its system and transferred the amount to overseas accounts. The complaint filed at the Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune, states that they doubt it to be a malware attack on the ATM switch server located the bank’s headquarters. The hacker has stolen details of many Visa and Rupay debit cards.
