Andhra student earns Guinness record for 588-square-foot spice painting

A student from SRM University in Andhra Pradesh has been awarded a Guinness World Record for using spices to make a 588-square-foot painting. Sreya Tatineni, an electronics and communication engineering student, has now grabbed the headlines. She used turmeric powder and vermilion to paint the image of a young girl watching a sunrise in September 2019. It took 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete the painting.
