A Toilet in MP at Anganwadi has been converted to a full-fledged Kitchen due to lack of space

Can you ever think of a toilet being used as a kitchen space? Absolutely no, right? But, in MP's Karera, a toilet of Anganwadi childcare centre has been converted to a full-fledged kitchen due to lack of space. What is more shocking is that food is cooked there and being served to the children there. A Staff of the centre said that they don't have any other space than a section of the toilet to cook the midday meal.
