A video of Madhya Pradesh man torturing a minor boy has surfaced, wherein the man was seen torturing a minor boy & forced him to clean by licking the toilet seat to pressure him to give a false statement to police in an attempt to murder case. Police have registered a case against him & arrested in connection with a case related to buying land using fake documents. Police found the boys had nothing to do with the incident.
