Roughly 4,500-year-old remains of a woman buried in a simple but well-decorated gravesite have been discovered in Germany. A team of archeologists during a dig at Uckermark, a rural county around 60 miles northeast of Berlin, unearthed the remains. Though the gravesite itself looked humble, the posture and position of the woman suggest a connection with other ancient burial practices from as far away as Scotland.
