In UP, a 3-year-old girl named Twinkle was brutally murdered by loan sharks in Aligarh district after her family couldn't repay a loan of Rs 10,000. The girl's body was found in the garbage dump with her eyes gouged out. 3 days before her decomposed body was found, a man named Zahid had argued with her family over the debt which they were not able to repay. The police caught Zahid & Aslam, who confessed their crimes.
