Serial killers that were never caught
The fact that all of these murderers are still out there somewhere, wandering around us, is particularly terrifying. We want answers to our questions, but most of these killers' real names are unlikely to be revealed. Although there have been many serial killers who have eluded arrest, the tales behind the following murderers are possibly the most egregious examples of those who escaped. If you want to stay up late at night, consider the possibility that not all serial murderers are apprehended. In reality, some of the most heinous serial murderers of all time are yet to be found. Zodiac
According to his statements, the Zodiac Killer committed 37 killings, 7 of which the authorities agreed upon. He taunts the local newspapers with letters and cryptograms, while still tossing puzzles that might take them to him, and the term "insane" does not do him justice. One of the deciphered secret letters by a history professor and his wife stated that he killed in order to gather slaves for his afterlife.
Jack The Ripper
From 1888 to 1891, Jack the Ripper terrorized the Whitechapel area of London's East End. He was possibly the most notorious serial murderer but never got arrested. He ruthlessly murdered at least five prostitutes by mutilating their corpses in an unusual way, and it doesn't get any more disturbing than that. His detailed killing style indicated the breadth of his understanding of the human body, which contributed to speculation that he was a doctor. To make matters worse, a message from the deranged murderer himself was published in London newspapers.
Alphabet Murders
One such example is the Alphabet Murder Incident, which included no explanation or identity of the accused perpetrator. Three underage girls were assaulted and strangled in Rochester, New York, in the early 1970s. The girls' bodies were murdered and dumped in towns that began with the same letter as their names. Carmen Colon was dumped in Churchville, Michelle Maenza was dumped in Macedon, and Wanda Walkowicz was dumped in Webster.
The Doodler
He is an unnamed serial murderer who has been charged with 14 murders and three attacks on gay men in San Francisco, California. He picked them up from gay nightclubs, pubs, and restaurants, and this troubling series of acts lasted from January 1974 to September 1975. Getting artistic when feeding his craziness, The Doodler sketched his victims during sexual experiences, which were accompanied by stabbing and murdering them.
Freeway Phantom
From 1971 to 1972, the Northeast neighborhood of Washington, DC was haunted by the Freeway Phantom. The Freeway Phantom kidnapped, assaulted, and strangled his victims before dumping their bodies along the highway, leaving no safe exit for any female. The victims' ages ranged from 10 to 18, indicating that he was a paedophile. One of his letters discovered with a dead body was chilling.
The West Mesa Murderer
The West Mesa Murderer has his own method of killing, murdering girls and throwing their corpses across the desert on Albuquerque's West Mesa in New Mexico, United States. His target demographic was women between the ages of 15 and 32, and for whatever reason, the majority of them were Hispanic. This also makes me curious what the source of such an obsession might be. Also, trafficking and opioid addiction are two things that ten of the eleven women have in common.
The Stoneman Killer
The Stoneman, a name that made headlines in the 1980s, had caused panic among Mumbai residents. The Stoneman, who enjoyed murdering people for fun, had mercilessly killed at least 13 homeless people while they were asleep in less than 6 months. A few years back, the same thing happened in Kolkata.
Axe Man Of New Orleans
Based on his inspiration, The Axe Man Of New Orleans was one-of-a-kind. The fact that the majority of his victims were Italian immigrants or Italian-Americans suggested that his motivations were racial in nature. As strange as it might seem, the Axe Man is said to have committed all of the murders in order to celebrate jazz music. It's hard to believe, but we believe it because the murderer claimed in a letter that he would save the lives of anyone who played jazz in their homes.
