French
We've always heard that France is the gourmet capital of the world. It seems to be deserving of this designation. In France, getting a croissant with a cup of coffee in the morning is a must. Baguettes, macaroni, praline, Madeleines, pain au chocolat, raisin brioche bread... all come from here. The collection is lengthy. Onion cake and fish soup can sound strange, but the French know how to make them tasty.
Spanish
Spaniards gourmandize in the same manner as they flamenco dance with unbridled zeal. They eat snacks during the day, with large meals at regular intervals. From the bounty of the Mediterranean Sea to the Pyrenees' spoils, from the saffron and cumin notes of the Moors to Ferran Adria's insane molecular inventions, Spanish cuisine is timeless and avant-garde.
Japanese
Japanese cuisine is one-of-a-kind. You will never get it wrong. We've always heard of sushi, sashimi, unagi, and sake. But this cuisine is about more than just ingredients and recipes; it is also about their ancestral history and customs. It is not shocking, then, that they forced the whole planet to eat with chopsticks rather than knives and forks.
Indian
As we all know, the cow is a holy animal in India, and the vast majority of Indians are vegetarians. Traditional Indian cuisine is seasoned with a variety of spices and slathered in a flavorful sauce. They are still great fans of Panir, an Indian handmade white cheese. Each meal is usually served with naan bread. Of course, rice is an essential component of Indian cuisine. In terms of alcohol, it is almost impossible to find in India. Only Goa is known for its parties and drinks because it has no alcohol levy, unlike the rest of India.
Greek
There are many recipes to try in general, from salads to hot dishes, desserts to soups. But if you want something traditional, inexpensive, and fast, souvlaki is the way to go. Greece's classic dish is fast food that can be found on the sidewalks, in pubs, small take-out stores, and cafes. Souvlaki can be found all over the world. If you are fortunate enough to be welcomed to a Greek house party, request moussaka. It is better when it is made from scratch.
Thai
Like many other Asian cuisines, Thai food uses rice as a basic ingredient in the majority of dishes. In Thai, the term "meal" simply means "to eat rice." Furthermore, it has five major tastes that can be found in nearly any dish. There is sour lime, savoury fish sauce, spicy chilli, salt, and sweetness (usually added by palm tree).
Mexican
Among the enchiladas, tacos, helados, and quesadillas are the zestiness of Greek salads and the sweetness of an Indian curry, the heat of Thai cuisine use-your-hands snackiness of tapas. Hot, sunshine weather, a clear blue sea, and tequila liters – this is the perfect image of Mexico. Really, this is not only an optimistic statement, but it is also accurate and logical. Add corn, rice, onion, and chilli peppers to this, and you've got an authentic taste of the world.
United States Fast Food
This may be because the majority of traditional foods in the United States originate in another region. The pizza slice is from Italy. Fries are either Belgian or Dutch. What are burgers and frankfurters? German is most likely. However, American kitchens have been improved and expanded to become global classics for food lovers everywhere. There's the classic stuff, including clam chowder, key lime pie, and Cobb salad, and, most recently, Alice Waters' locavore trend in modern American food.
