American Dad
American Dad has built his own distinct identity over 14 surprisingly stable seasons, initially second fiddle to Seth McFarland's mega-hit Family Guy. The show has branched way beyond stories lampooning the American right in the Bush-era and into fantasy tales, notably about a fiercely patriotic right-wing CIA agent and the fraught friendship he has with his leftist daughter, nerdy son and disguise-wearing alien kept in the attic. Even if with a passion, you hate Family Guy, American Dad may well be right up your alley.
BoJack Horseman
"Raphael Bob-Waksberg produced BoJack and follows BoJack Horseman, former star of the hit TV show "Horsin 'About." He became a washed-up actor living in Hollywood after the show ended and moaning about everything. Currently, the show is profound as it discusses the challenges faced by celebrities.
Family Guy
The most popular work by Seth MacFarlane, without a doubt. Family Guy follows an incredibly dysfunctional family that while attempting to preserve a normal daily existence, manages to deal with wild situations thrown at them. The characters are all full of storylines and collections of jokes of their own, and episodes rarely ever fail to amaze.
Harvey Birdman
The show centres around the operations of the law firm Sebben & Sebben and is staffed mostly by superheroes and other characters, most notably Birdman and the Galaxy Trio, who were originally featured in previous Hanna-Barbera cartoons. The pilot first aired on Cartoon Network on December 30, 2000, as a sneak preview.
F is For Family
The show follows a fractured Irish-American suburban family and in the early-mid-1970s, is set in the fictitious town of Rustvale, Pennsylvania. To largely positive reviews, the show premiered on December 18, 2015. October 2020 saw the revival of the programme for the fifth and final seasons.
Bob’s Burgers
This animated sitcom, produced by Loren Bouchard and Jim Dauterive, follows Bob Belcher, his wife, and their 3 kids as they attempt to hold their families together by running Bob's dream restaurant. Success is not free, though as Bob has to contend in the region with other restaurants. At times, the show is funny and is a nice watch for any moment of the day, so it got the nod on our list of best-animated sitcoms.
