In a shocking incident, the line producer of The Kashmir Files, Sarahna, committed suicide. Sarahna hanged herself on June 30. Bollywood actor Anupam Kher, who is also a part of the film, shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram. "This depression really is affecting the younger generation drastically. I pray for her soul and hope her mother and brother Antriksh can deal with this loss. It is so sad," Kher wrote.
