Actor Sanjay Dutt, who came back stronger after defeating stage 4 lung cancer, recently revealed that he had refused to undergo chemotherapy when the news was first broken to him. Dutt recalled that he was shooting for 'KGF: Chapter 2' when he got diagnosed with cancer. He shared that he had persistent backache during the shoot and was treating it with hot water bottles and painkillers, until one day he could not breathe.
