The 2020 Oscars ceremony on February 9 will again have no host, ABC Television Entertainment has confirmed. Incidentally, the 2019 Oscars became the first edition in 30 years to be held without any host and saw the audience on broadcaster ABC climbing up to 29.6 million Americans. It broke a four-year trend of decreasing viewership for the live ceremony. Nominations for the 2020 Oscars will be announced on Monday.
