Actress and dancer Nora Fatehi was denied permission by the Bangladesh government to perform at an event in Dhaka in order to save some dollars as part of austerity measures. According to a report in Bloomberg, Nora was not given the permission "in view of the global situation and with the aim of maintaining the foreign exchange reserves".
