Telugu superstar Nagarjuna has received a "stop work" notice from a panchayat in Goa over the alleged illegal construction and excavation work at Ashvewada in Mandrem village. As per the notice, the actor has been involved in illegal activity in the village jurisdiction and he did not take proper permission from the authorities for the construction work.
