Gal Gadot to adapt banned Isreali novel into film

Gal Gadot will co-produce a film adaptation of a novel banned by Israeli government because of its depiction of an Israeli-Palestinian romance. The film will be based on the 2014 Hebrew novel ‘Borderlife’ by Israeli author Dorit Rabinyan, published in English as ‘All the Rivers’. The novel is all about an Israeli woman who falls for a Palestinian man in New York and hide their relationship from friends and family.
