Pop punk star Avril Lavigne will be honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Having a string of hits including 'Sk8er Boi', 'Complicated' and 'Girlfriend', the 37-year-old icon will become the 2,731st celebrity to receive the sidewalk honour at 6212 Hollywood Boulevard, reports aceshowbiz.com. The star will be unveiled in a ceremony on August 31.
