1,300 shows of 'Laal Singh Chaddha', 1000 of 'Raksha Bandhan' reduced after low footfall in theatres: Report

Within two days after the release of Aamir Khan’s 'Laal Singh Chaddha' and Akshay Kumar's 'Raksha Bandhan', thousands of shows have been reduced, reportedly due to fewer footfalls in cinema halls. As per Bollywood Hungama, both films were released with around 10,000 shows across India, however seeing a low footfall on the opening day itself, cinema owners have voluntarily reduced the number of shows.
