In the northern province of Balkh, the Taliban are said to have killed a young lady for wearing tight clothing and without being accompanied by a male relative. According to reports, the young woman was shot and killed by Taliban fanatics in the terrorist group's held hamlet of Samar Qandian. The victim's name was Nazanin, and she was 21 years old, according to Adil Shah Adil, a police spokeswoman in Balkh.
