Woman charged with fraud in international footballer Neymar rape case

Brazilian police have charged a woman who had accused the international footballer Neymar of raping her in a Paris hotel. Najila Trindade and her former husband, Estivens Alves, have been accused of lying to police and attempting to blackmail the football player. Neymar denied the allegations from the beginning & he has been cleared of any wrongdoing. The woman's lawyer said the indictment took him by surprise.
