Shawn Anderson Hagan, 30, is a drug dealer from Charleston, South Carolina. While running from the police over the drug charges he accidentally dropped his cell phone which was recovered by the Berkeley County Sheriff. After which in a taunting way, the sheriff's office posted on his own Facebook page "Hi Shawn, you lost your phone while running from the police. Kindly collect it from Berkeley County Sheriff's office ."
