Uttar Pradesh cops cremate Hathras rape case victim's body at 2:30 am, family not allowed

Uttar Pradesh Police's shocking response came to light after a video clip shot by a journalist went viral in which the lower rank cops were seen cremating the body of the Hathras rape case victim without the victim's family. The cops carried out the cremation of the 20-year-old woman who died on Tuesday in Delhi, even as the girl's family protested. The victim's body was cremated at 2:30 AM, while most of her family was home.
