Those who arrested people under scrapped law will be jailed: SC

The Supreme Court has said today that it will arrest them who have arrested people under the scrapped law of cybercrime and e-commerce. The apex court has criticized the government for not stopping the arrest under Section 66(A) of the Information Technology Act. SC removed the law in 2015 calling it "vague" and "unconstitutional" and nearly 22 people have been arrested under this scrapped law.
