Terrorists caught with Davinder had planned attacks in Delhi, Chandigarh and Jammu

Two terrorists that were caught with the Black Sheep of J&K anti-terror unit Davinder Singh, had plans to carry out terror attacks in Delhi, Chandigarh and Jammu. As per police, the terrorists testified that they were planning to target the 3 cities to take revenge of abrogation of Article 370 and surgical strikes by the Indian Air Force. The two Hizbul terrorists were identified as Naveed Baba and Altaf.
